What data do we collect from you

a. Personally Identifying Information.

We collect personal contact information such as your name, address, company name and address, contact details including your e-mail address and telephone number.

b. Account Information.

This includes shipping and billing information.

c. Transactions

We maintain records about the products and services you have requested and/or been supplied. Information about transactions is maintained in our databases.

We do not receive or store customers debit/credit card details all transactions completed on the website are processed by PayPal.

Why and where we collect information

We collect personal information from you when you place an order on our website, we also collect personal information from contact forms on our website when you wish to ask us a question about our products or services or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise.

How is your personal data is used

Your personal data will only be used to contact you about your order or any query you make to us regarding our products or services.

We may use your contact details to inform you of any changes to our terms and conditions including to this Privacy Policy.

Who do we share your personal data with

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties other than where your data is stored for the purpose of processing your order.

Your data will also be transferred to our systems in Germany to process your order.

Retention of data

WAGO Limited retains information for seven (7) years from our point of last contact. We hold this information to support our legal and regulatory requirements. If you object to this retention, please contact us.

Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement, government contract administrators, and/or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities under applicable law or regulation.

How is your personal data stored

When you submit your data it is transmitted and stored in a third party secure system it is also stored within our systems in Germany securely.
